Voluntary Participation
I am voluntarily participating in this retreat with the understanding that it involves physical, mental, and emotional activity, including yoga, meditation, hiking, fire rituals, exposure to natural elements, and periods of silence.

Health Disclosure
I affirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical, psychological, or emotional conditions that may affect my ability to safely participate. I am responsible for managing my own physical and mental health throughout the program.

Responsibility for Conduct
I agree to act respectfully and responsibly during the Yatra. I understand that the use of alcohol, drugs, or mind-altering substances is strictly prohibited. I will refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior, including spiritual bypassing or avoidance of personal accountability.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that travel, physical activities, and participation in a spiritual retreat involve inherent risks. I willingly assume full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of my participation.

Release of Liability
I release the facilitators, hosts, partners, and associated venues from any and all claims of liability, injury, damage, or loss that may arise from my participation. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage, and acts of nature.

Emergency Consent
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the facilitators to obtain necessary treatment on my behalf. I understand I am responsible for any associated medical costs.

Non-Refundable Payment
I acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable once my application is accepted, due to upfront costs such as accommodation, transportation, and facilitator bookings.

Agreement to Guidelines
I agree to honor the structure of the Yatra, including periods of silence, early morning practices, limited technology use, and respect for cultural and spiritual environments. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program without refund.

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel within 48 hours of payment: You will receive a 90% refund.
• If you cancel up to 30 days before the Yatra begins: You will receive a 50% refund, as most expenses will already be committed.
• If you cancel within 30 days of the Yatra start date: No refund will be issued, as group bookings and costs will be fully locked in.
